Download and install the Public Signing Key: .. code-block:: bash $ wget -qO - https://packages.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch | sudo apt-key add - 2. Add the repository definition to your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kibana.list file: .. code-block:: bash $ echo "deb http://packages.elastic.co/kibana/4.5/debian stable main" | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list 3. Run apt-get update and the repository is ready for use. Install Kibana with the following command: .. code-block:: bash $ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install kibana 4. Configure Kibana to automatically start during bootup.
